I was told they would be right with me. Then I was told I would have to reschedule because the person who had the key to the supply closet was on vacation. I asked if they could call a locksmith as I had driven so far to get there. I was told no they couldn't. And that I needed to reschedule. Near tears because I had driven so far I said I was not going to reschedule. I left and 5 mins later they called to say they found the key and I could come back in 2 hours. I asked could I just come now because no patients were there but they said no. So I agreed to come back in 2 hours. in about 5 more minutes I got another call saying I would have to reschedule because the person who verified insurance had not done it yet and had taken the day off. After posting on their website I was contacted by someone who said they were sorry this happened... but I could reschedule. I explained I was on Social Security. I don't have money to drive back and forth over 100 miles each way. When I asked if they could reimburse me and then I could reschedule she said she didn't know. I haven't heard back from them.
