  My husband and I have owned a beautiful cabin in Mineral Bluff, Georgia for the last couple of years. When we purchased the home, it was in a rental program with one of the local Blue Ridge cabin rental companies and, after all things considered, we decided to leave the cabin in the rental program. However, after two years, we have decided to "privatize" the home and remove it from the rental program. Because of the damage, the theft and the lack of any "management" from the rental company, it isn't worth the grief and aggravation. Unfortunately, the cabin "management" company is attempting to cheat us out of our last couple of months of rental income. So....we are looking for a good, local attorney, in Blue Ridge, to look our situation over and help us determine our best course of action. Any recommendations for a good, honest attorney?

  I'm on the board of the Blue Ridge Lodging Association. We have some tremendous companies in our membership. Have a small membership because we are so picky.   I am looking for a cabin rental, for a weekend in Oct., with a hot tub, also would like to do some horse back ridding while there. I've noticed a lot of the cabins are closed for the winter mos., so hoping someone from Blue Ridge, can help. Tks.

  October is peak season here, so I doubt they are closed for that month at least. Find a list of great cabin rental companies at StayInBlueRidge.com - the Blue Ridge Lodging Association website
