  What part of town? jacobsonchiropractic.com is great 7 th. St & McDowell. If your Insurance doesn't cover it then www.scottsdalechiro.com/ has a great plan 2 visits for $40 a month (and only $20 for extra visits) on contact but it is month to month after 3 months.
