Nancy was able and exceptionally willing to answer each and every one of my questions, often going out of her way to ensure that I was comfortable and excited throughout the process and understood every step. I eventually went with a great home which happened to also be a foreclosure-- anyone who has gone through that process knows it's not always a walk in the park! Nancy advocated for and with me at every inspection, contractor meeting, etc. She is not only a great realtor, but also a caring friend who is honest (even when it's not really what you want to hear!), encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable.
