  none of these are the official doctor search pages; Austrians go to http://www.aekwien.at/ > "Praxisplan" (http://www.praxisplan.at/) and then enter the postcode at "Postleitzahl", choose "Fachgebiet" (for ears you would choose "Hals-, Nasen- und Ohrenheilkunde" or "HNO") and then "Krankenkassen" (GKK for the standard health insurance that you usually have here, BVA for officials etc. and Privat for private) and then you click "Suchen"). When you then click the individual results, you'll also see which languages they speak. Oh, I just saw that you can use the interface in English as well when you click the tiny UK flag in the upper-right corner
