Ebcot Properties was established as a small family business in 2004 to manage our parent’s property portfolio.
Our initial objective was to provide a professional service to our existing tenants while at the same time removing the responsibilities of owning, managing and maintaining property from an elderly couple.
The service included the managing of existing tenants and placing of new tenants, the management and upkeep of all their properties and the management of all emergency maintenance as well as long term preventative maintenance of all their properties.
While still managing the original property portfolio, Ebcot Properties has grown to now include a number of properties whose owners are either unable or unavailable, to manage them.
