  We used Dr. Emily Dodwell for my daughter's broken collarbone. She is associated with Hospital for Special Surgery, but works out of a Queens (164 th St. and Horace Harding) affiliate office on Tuesdays. Appointments are through her main office in Manhattan - (212) 606-1451.
