  I'm looking for an affordable gym near my house with boxing, aerobics, or weight training classes (near 287 & S.Boulder Road). Really looking for a class on Sundays and Mondays around 11am. I like boxing but haven't found anything nearby that fits my schedule. I'm an orthopedic massage therapist who could also trade for personal training or private boxing sessions. What gym do you go to and what is the membership and/or class fee? The websites for a lot of local gyms don't seem to offer prices. Thanks friends!

  I'm a personal trainer and about to take my dietitian exam. I continuously try to correct my lower back imbalance and tightness. Massages and soft tissue work is great for me. I integrate boxing mitt work into my workouts (not a pro boxer, but know the fundamentals) . I'd love to trade some sessions for some massages! Once or twice a week or so. I train out of Prana gym right north of exempla. I also provide in-home training. I have a lot of morning mid afternoon availability. Where would massages take place?
