  Better still: Become a member of the library. They have a pretty small but decent selection. Used to be better with more Spanish/latin american writers, now i see more and more international best sellers with the translated edition. Www.bibliotheekdenhaag.nl

  B plus C libraries in Leiden lend out non-academic books - there are fiction sections in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian last I looked. There is a HUGE public library in Den Haag with a larger version of this: http://www.bibliotheekdenhaag.nl/english.html
