  Dr. Lyn Ward 940-382-1577 Located at 2535 W. Oak right across from the new Presbyterian Hospital. The best Doctor EVER !!! he did my shoulder surgery. They also have a rehab onsite for after surgery. They do All of UNT's work for the guys that get hurt during sports :)
