  Tim, Alejandros Glass Co. replaced a few panes for me a few years ago. They come out and carefully measure, then have replacement panes made, sealed and gas filled, and then take the window frame apart to replace the glass a couple of weeks after the measurement. We were pleased with the results and the price was reasonable in my estimation. Call 408 661-1555. Good Luck,
