  We used James Dobney and associates and scott really liked that they took a lot of time and gave us a binder with copies of their reports and other regular house maintenance Info. Our friends used the same company for their town house inspection and had a good experience (this was back in 2010 for both of us). The company phone number is 604 942 8272 (we had Geoff baile).
