  Does anyone on here have any paralegal /attorney skills where i can get some help or info on how to fill out family law paper work?My son was in a 95% fatal car accident 4 days before he was suppose to appear in court for sole custody,the family that has the baby has had an exstensive past with child neglect/abuse!we have tried everything,attorneys,etc we have 1 more court date to get our paper work "right"(problem being it is in the state of California)but judge said,"please get these people served correctly and your paperwork in right!"been over a year of fighting for this precious baby.....
