Debra Mangino's Hair Designs was founded in 1992, and is owned, and operated by Debra Mangino. We are located at 909 West Main St. in Main Street Plaza, right in the heart of Monongahela. Our parking lot contains free parking, and is handicapped accessible. In addition to Debra, we also have 3 experienced stylists, Annette, Rachel, and Kim. The four stylists have almost a century of combined years of experience!!
The salon is open 6 days a week Monday- Saturday, with morning and evening appointments available.
The color line used in the salon is Italy, and Aquaraly.
