  I have a boxer as a service dog and I went through a military program called TADSAW but if you don't have a military background or even if you do you can talk to the trainer at petco off of Herndon and 99 and he is the one that did the certification for my service dog he also does private training he may know other places to get your dog certified and what you will need for it his number is 559-287-3017 and his name is nick he would be your best bet to get accurate info
