Come on down and hang out on "The Porch", our smoothie and coffee bar where we offer organic, banana free smoothies, fair wage, shade grown coffee, cappuccino and espresso, organic herbal teas, and our house blended lavender-rose lemonade. We also have house-blended iced teas such as minty green with a hint of lemon and our heavenly hibiscus.
Healthy lunch options include baby greens with our house-made basil balsamic vinaigrette. Overnight Oats, Coconut Cream Berry Parfait, Oat Bread toast topped with sunflower or almond butter.
Our ingredients are organic when available, without gluten, and are vegan.

Act Natural offers on-site nutrition consulting and so much more in our energy healing space, Act Natural Energy Healing Cooperative where we offer micro businesses a place to start or run their small business.
Our schedule includes weekly yoga and meditation classes and monthly sound healing classes. On going educational workshops. Book a private session for Reiki, Reflexology or Massage.
Thrive On Thursday with us every week from Noon - 4pm as we turn transform into a wellness oasis with Community Chiropractic, Chair Massage, Reiki and more! No appointment necessary!
