  Bud R. wrote: Be sure not to pay him until he has finished the job. Paid him in advance for garage roof and he did not show up until I threatened him with lawsuit after 6 months. The came and tore off the roof and didn't see him for another month. Left shingles and nails in the gutters and nails all over the driveway. Also a bad job of roofing, shingles not secured. Will not return phone calls.
