  Penny C. wrote: Totally unreliable. Requested a quote for fixing handles and hinges on windows, didn't turn up. Eventually did and said I needed two handles and two hinges on a few windows. Said he would come back the following Friday or Saturday, no show despite sending him a text. Would not recommend.
