  Aaron I. wrote: Randy Anderson, Performed a drawdown test for my clients at my expense. Randy delivered me an inadequate well report that didn't seem to add up correctly. When i asked Randy for the detailed inspection log he refused to share the information with me. I paid $385.00 for the report in which he wouldn't release any of his notes to me. I did the simple math with the report he gave me and came to find out the numbers he provided on the report did not match his results given. When I confronted him on his report and explained to him how his numbers don't match the results given he said and i quote, "If you don't like my report get a second opinion, and if the other report comes back showing i was wrong i will refund your money." So I did just that, I had another Well inspection done for the property. The report came back with more than doubled the flowrate than what Randy's report claimed. Randy Has refused to refund my money even after sharing with him the second flow rate report showing his was inaccurate. I would not recommend Randy to anyone, he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. If you want an accurate well inspection and drawdown test I strongly suggest not using Randy Anderson with STAMP OF APPROVAL HOME INSPECTION
