My husband and I have used their services yearly to maintenance our very old furnace prior to the winter season. A week ago when I arrived home from work, I noticed my new fish tank (due to manufacturer error) had almost completely emptied . Unfortunately, directly underneath our hard wood floors where the tank was, sat our old furnace. We called Richard's heating and they arrived within ten minutes! They confirmed our furnace was no longer viable and had all the necessary paperwork needed for the home owner's insurance to settle the claim within days. We waited less than a week for a new furnace to be replaced and at a reasonable cost. My husband and I are more than satisfied with the team at Richard's Heating and would turn no where else for our heating needs.
