Ear Nose & Throat (ENT)s in American Fork, UT

I absolutely love Dr Heidi Heras in American Fork (492-7662)! She is awesome! She did Tristan and Oakleys Tubes. She also took my tonsils out! You would love her!

Vance goes to Dr. Douglas Denys in American Fork near the hospital. He is quieter but so nice and extremely talented at what he does. He worked miracles reconstructing Vance's ear! Seriously, the things he did are amazing.

Dr. Denys took my tonsils out last year...I really liked him. But my favorite kid ENT is Heidi Heras in AF. I begged her to take my tonsils out but she said I was too old ;)

Yes, Heidi Heras is a fantastic pediatric ENT! She took Daniel's tonsils & adenoids out and put tubes in his ears. I loved my ENT that did my broken nose/sinus surgery, too- Randal Swenson. He is supposed to be the best Ent in Utah, especially for noses. He's in Murray though, so it's a bit of a drive! Who needs tubes?

Dr. Hamilton did my sinus surgery AND I'm positive he was the one that (literally) saved my life when I had heart failure. He was the only one that would listen and take what I was saying about symptoms, etc and then go out on a limb and ACT. The other two docs, while they were good, kept trying to push it off on my sinus surgery, the flu, or that I was just plain crazy. Dr. Hamilton has my vote.

Plus, my sister is an OR nurse and AF Hosp and she gives him a high recommendation, based on bedside manner, and the way he treats those around him. FWIW

We used dr. Heras the first two times but she became a little too "natural" for me towards the end. She told me we had to take my son off of all dairy before she'd scope his adenoids. This was after she'd spent two yrs trying to talk me into taking my whole family off dairy because it was healthier. We then went to dr. Hamilton at Central Valley and liked them but my son had a really hard time coming out of anesthiA and all though they said they took our insurance throughout all the checkups when we got our bill they didn't and it took nearly a year to fight. We've now gone to Jeremy Meyers at the riverton primary children's. I love the comfort it gives me knowing they were specifically trained in pediatric surgerys (anesthesiologist, dr, nurses etc) and they are solider good at what they do!

Heras wasn't our favorite either. She was very nice, but we went in for a growth on my sons neck. She said she didn't know what it was and decided to scope him instead. Basically we felt like we went in for an oil change and left with a tire rotation. We ended up going to dr. Richard Nielsen with the ent center. He's older, but right to the point and very personable. He likes to joke, he told my 9 year old son at the time that his tonsils were big because of smoking or kissing too many girls.

Peak Ent. Dr Shipley. He is amazing. We just had a check up with him yesterday.

Dr. Shipley is great. He did our daughter's tubes and he is my boss' brother.

Glen Porter! He is great, he did my sons tubes and I've been seeing him as well.

South Valley ENT is located at Jordan Valley Hospital but doctors come to Saratoga Springs a couple times a month. Next to zenith family health. I am a nurse and super picky and our whole family has loved them. They are wonderful with children. We see Heidi Harras too, but for allergies. She doesn't do a lot of surgeries anymore.
