Real estate agents and Lawyers... Only trust them about as far as you can throw them.

The Whole MLS system is a sham -- The realtor association prevents regular folks from listing their homes, or searching the whole database all in the name of keeping an antiquated business model alive. Realtors provide close to zero value for informed buyers/sellers, and often when they are actually needed, they fall through, and rely on all the disclosures you signed saying they aren't responsible. The game is rigged to require you to obtain their overvalued representation, and hand over your 6%. It's amazing to me that we haven't ousted these parasites, and replaced them with an open and transparent system.
