I would recommend looking for an Integrative Doctor. They will be more likely to offer the specific tests you are looking for. I don't know which area you are in but I found this link: http://www.uch.edu/conditions/integrative-medicine/ (hospital, more likely to take insurance) . If you Google integrative Doctors and your area, I'm sure you will find one or two.
