Maybe the dumb fuck (excuse me if that bothers you) should read this: http://www.healthline.com/health/copd/stages#Overview1I have COPD too & use 3 puffers. 2 are daily maintenance ones and the other is the rescue inhaler. The daily ones are Advair & Spiriva & the rescue one is Ventolin.
