GYM HEADS: I need a back brace type thing, belt, brace, whatever...my backs fucked, where would you recommend getting one at? Best one

Popeyes if your impatient, Bodybuilding.com if you wanna save a few bucks. but keep in mind using one only makes you eliminate all enforcment your back gives you in lifts, so the more you use it and the more you get used to it, inevitably the weaker your back will get.. so its your call but im just sayin it would be best to just lower all your weights that give stress, and only do core that supports your back at the same time, and stretch it out brotha. the core i seen you doing at the gym puts a lot of stress on your back.. ill holla next time i see you there if you want..

I'm pretty sure supplement stores carry them. I know Popeye's does. bodybuilding.com might also be a good place to look
