I have had major back issues from weight lifting and every doctor I saw gave me meds. I finally went to Meier Chiropractic and within a week my back was better. No more pain or meds. I would highly suggest seeing a chiropractor before another doctor.

You can't "slip" a disc. A disc can be herniated, (bulging), but will not fall out of place. I have been successfully treated for this with Chiropractic. The Meier Family Chiropractic is an excellent recommendation. You could also try Dr. Tara Barry at https://www.facebook.com/109633515768565Back Country Family Chiropractic. She is very good at what she does.
Need a good physical therapist. Any recommendations? Thanks!
