Kidlington probably the nearest if Bicester Wools don't have what you want. Or Banbury or Aylesbury. Nothing in Oxford. Craft shop at Wyevale has some too.

The Bicester shops sell cotton mainly for craft projects but have some wonderful designs. I made my granddaughter a lovely dress made with a flamingo print.

Material shop is Down Cambridge st in Aylesbury find Costa in main high st and walk through to back of shop exit turn right material shop on left.Hope this helps
