Ford-Caserta Eye Center in Tempe. Either Gerald Ford or Frank Caserta. I've known both for years outside the office, and they're as fine a people as you'd ever meet. Ford has been my eye doctor, too, and Caserta has a first-rate reputation.

I go to AZ Vision. I did not take Julia there because I knew we were dealing with a minor issue and she was really fine, but if you are really looking for top quality doc who is going to look at all aspects of eye health, Dr Page is your guy. Bring your wallet though....even with insurance!
