In Summerville, I recommend Gods Green Acre health food store. Nice selection, very friendly, local owners. And Publix as well; they have daiya.:)

I shop Publix mostly for organics in Sville but will drive to Earth Fare & Costco for bulk items or vegan dairy items. Most grocery stores carry almond and soy milk. Gods Green Acre is good in Knightsville. The Pubilx in Knightsville has a section where they put all their organic/vegan/gmo free items and Publix in Sville has them scattered.
