Compound Crossfit has a registered USAW Weightlifting Club - led by Keith Jackson:)

Crossfit Oceana has two USAW Level 1 coaches with olympic lifting classes on Tues/Thurs at 3:00 pm and Weds at 7:00 pm. We are waiting on our registration as a USAW weightlifting club and have a mock meet scheduled for next month. Oceana also provides the largest schedule open from 5:30 am-8 pm with 47 classes optional per week.

Gerry Ocampo runs DropBox CrossFit in Town Center - he's one of coach Mike Burgener's employees, so definitely knows his stuff in the olympic lifting department!
