Dr. Samadi (also in Hackensack, adjacent to the medical center): 201-996-1505 (he's works on kids and adults, love him: gentle, kind, explains everything). Highly recommend (can take a while to get appt. but worth it, in my experience). Good luck with that and the vertigo, yes, you must get rid of it (I find it happens to me if I eat too much sugar or drink one too many:))
