Did you just watch Dr. Oz? Anymore you can find it at most groceries. You can also purchase a whole, half or quarter beef. That brings the price per pound down, but you need a chunk of change up front. It is soooo much better though.

If you take 56 east out of Circleville to 93 south towards McArthur you can be at Ravenwood Castle in 50 minutes ........ Beats going all the way to Chillicothe from C-Bus....... And you'll drive right by Ash Cave and within 5 miles of Old Mans Cave too ......... It is pretty cool ......
