Good luck with that! The only allergy specialist in SE Queensland that I know of is Professor Peter Smith in Southport. He is a private specialist (charges accordingly) and has about a 6-8 month waiting list. He is a lovely man and excellent at what he does, but it is extremely difficult to get in to see him!

He also has a clinic in Brisbane that other doctors run that you can get into within a week or so allergymedicalgroup.com.au

I saw Peter Smith years ago... It was like 120 for a consult and 180 for a test or around the 300 mark... got some back from medicare though. . Well worth it as he's the only one who could have prescribed an epipen for me..

My friend swears by: Barry Donnelly 1300 956 566 He is located at Burleigh Heads. You need to be prepared to alter your diet. He's worked wonders for her and hope he can offer you the same relief.
