I've been training in Shaolin Ch'uan Fa (Shaolin fist law) aka: Shaolin Kempo for over 15 years. I'm with USSD now. (United Studios of Self Defense) Great organization with studios all across the country. There's a studio in Southlake you might look at. Yes, most studios offer weapons training. Weapons training offered would depend on expertise of instructors.
Does anyone know a martial arts instructor or Dojo in the Princeton / Farmersville area?
