Are you in need of a general cardiologist, an interventional cardiologist, an electrophysiology cardiologist or a cardiac surgeon? Piedmont has them all & they are great. I see Dr. Bobby Smith for my arrhythmia-- and will continue to do so even though Piedmont no longer takes UHC insurance. Emory Crawford Long also has a strong cardiac program. I hope you find a doc that suits your needs wherever s/he may be!

Our family used Andrew Wickliffe for a pacemaker last year. He is at Piedmont. His staff is also very good, which is important for follow up care, and long term maintenance. Best wishes to your family member.
