Grizzly's does a lot of catering based on pulled pork & chicken off their rotisserie and side options like slaw, beans, corn etc. Have a really nice catering van too.

Famous Dave's actually has some really affordable BBQ catering that's pretty darn good. Worth looking into.

I've had This Little Piggy Catering on several occasions, they are fantastic, and have always handled everything. And never let me down. Love them. Amazing food too.

Since you're already considering somewhere else from Saint Paul I'll mention Brasa. We used them for our rehearsal dinner. They're freaking delicious and their prices aren't much more than Famous Dave's. Though I have no idea what the fee/process would be to get it to Duluth. Good luck!

Blackwoods does great outdoor catering. They have a huge menu and are relatively inexpensive. They can also customize anything from how the food is prepared to what exactly the servers are wearing.

I will second the Famous Dave's comment that /u/lasombrayelalma mentioned. That's what my fiance and I are planning on doing for our wedding. We are planning a pig roast - and they are actually quite affordable.
