Byward Fruit Market has the specialty ones you're probably looking for (including some truffles and truffle products). Also, the Herb and Spice grocery on Wellington gets some unusual varieties. Loblaws has a surprising variety. King oysters and enoki are always there, usually shitaki, occasionally chanterelles. Mine had morels last week too.
