I have been seeing Luanne Pullano at Radiance salon my whole life. She is wonderful and very affordable. She right on 26 next to the old country pines.

I used to go to her but always needed a lot of notice. I need a haircut today. Not sure if I just want to take a chance and go to cost cutters or not. I usually see Kim at Curl Up and Dye in Endicott. I like her a lot but she is out of town now.
