Digital camera - a sepia-tone filter - and a sublimation printer should do the trick...but you'll need to raid someone's Great Grand-parents' closets for the clothing. (or the Bidwells' mansion) Up in Jacksonville, Oregon there was a real tin-type photographer (might still be in business), that might be able to help point you in the right direction.
