I bought a very good bicycle at a very good price from this charity: <http://www.kingstoneco-op.org.uk/activities/bike-recycling-second-hand-bike-sales> No concerns about possibly buying stolen goods, and unless you buy "as is", the second-hand bikes have all been thoroughly serviced. They have *hundreds* of bikes to choose from!

I called RSPCA Ashford at 01784 423882. Their pickup person is reachable at 07792 205213. Very helpful. They will come and assess how the items are. If good they will take them for free, if not then they can take them to recycle for a small charge. I have used Princess Alice at Sunbury cross at some occasions too.
