Hey foodies! Who do you recommend (or not recommend) for BBQ/port-a-pit fundraisers? Based on quality, service, profits, etc...
(Asking for our preschool!)
Thanks!

Maybe Guyther from https://www.facebo https://www.facebook.com/299665985450ok.com/1https://www.facebook.com/107269932646375 073249202762738 Guy's Place ...or Ray's Smokehouse would be worth checking with. Kyle Fletcher's Barbeque and Catering I think has done something like this for BC schools before.

I think, and don't quote me on this, ask the store. Prices are based on amount sold. If you pre-sale tickets and can say without a doubt that X number of people will attend/buy determines cost. This has been the case for me with other non-profits. More sold, the cheaper the price to a point. I prefer https://www.facebook.com/107269932646375 Kyle Fletcher's Barbeque and C https://www.facebook.com/288409494622388 atering but have seen a wedding done by Grandma Hoyt's Country Buffet and it was great. Call and talk to them about amount of people. what you want to have, when, and if you will have people helping serve. A lot factors into cost.
