Anyone at Wilmer Eye Institute....They have a Columbia Office right outside the hospital. The best care around.

It sounds like you don't necessarily need an ophthalmologist but rather an optometrist, try Thompson Vision Care it's located in Greenbelt but my family lives in Clarksville or feel free to give them a call and they can help with any questions you might have
