    Takes a bit more than 3 minutes. i did my own. You'll need the new screen £35-40 (if it comes with new home button), mini screw driver, suction cup and give yourself 20 mins to take your time. for £30, not worth the agro or risk of breaking it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkltRLdfYBs
