Yes yes yes ! Achieve Fit near Heil & Gothard! I belonged to LAFitness; Bally's; several personal gyms, and none compare to the individual attention the talented coaches at Achieve provide... not to mention the variation in workouts provided! Justin Lesh runs it and it is like famiky!!!

The Academy (Warner/Newland). Talk to Rob Spencer or Cory Williams. They are the best! Classes, private, MMA, aerobic, they will put together something that will work for you at a reasonable price. Plus, Rob does a ton of local work through his non-profit for the HB community via The Academy Care Project.

Becky, I'm a trainer at a gym on Goldenwest and Warner near Sprouts called Cal Rehab and fitness. We have group exercise classes as well as semiprivate and personal training, and you can use the gym on your own. If you want, I'll give you a free one week pass to come try it out =)

I am a member of 24 hr fitness for such a low price, I will not go elsewhere ($80 per year) HOWEVER, Crunch would be my 2 nd choice mainly because for a low monthly fee, you can always bring a friend for no charge -- That is totally worth it in my opinion. If immediate weight loss is your main goal, a couple of my friends have joined https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-camp-transformation-center-westminster in Westminster and lost 20 pounds in six weeks free of charge!
