I live in East Texas and have a wonderful Neuro in Tyler. About hour 1/2 for you from Dallas. Baylor has some wonderful Dr.'s and Southwestern hospital both have some great Dr.'s! Welcome to Texas and good luck! If I can be any help let me know!
