It's peak season for the hotels' around here during that time. But going through a 3 rd party to make a reservation might give you a cheaper price. Such as orbits, expedia, hotels.com.

Cowboy Bunkhouse in Kanab has rooms for@$30/night depending on what room you get. Its a hostel, but clean and the owners are very friendly.
