Katie, I HIGHLY recommend Septic Manager out of Sullivan, NH. They're very prompt, professional and courteous, and they seem to really know their stuff. Their number is 847-9158. Does your place have a septic tank and leach field? If so, I can't believe your landlord hasn't pumped it in 14 years! Most septic tanks require pumping every 2-3 years. Good luck!
Elm City Electric, Chris and Leith are great and can do damn near anything. They put in a bunch of Solar Electric with me and were awesome, plus the bonus of reasonably priced.
