Ok, Dr. Gwyneth at your service. I like the suggestions above....massage on a regular basis, I use Avocare Spark and Body by Vi protein shake to supplement. When I get a headache I ask myself several questions.... Is it time to pull out the chamomile or sleepy time tea? How much fluids have I drunk, excluding coffee or carbonated beverages? How much exercise, given the doctor okays it, are you doing each week? What's your diet like? What kind of vitamin and mineral suplements.....antioxidents, probiotics, etc. These are just starters......
