Lynnette Harris Eberlein.... for optimum health, yes, we SHOULD ALL see a chiropractor often to make sure or spines are aligned. Once you understand how the spine works and how it relates to disease, you will always want to stay adjusted. Most of us take better care of our vehicles (reg oil change) than we do our bodies. Also, chiropractors adjust the joint, not Crack. ... breaking bones Crack. smile emoticon
