Orphans of the storm is a no kill shelter in Kittanning. The only problem is availability. Give me a call and I can try to help. Also, if you get some Neosporin at the vets the eyes will clear up pretty fast. Oh yea, the number for Orphans is 724-548-4520 and ask for Beth.
